SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All artworks are carefully packed and shipped using tracked, insured shipping with a fragile-goods service where available. Worldwide shipping is included in the artwork price unless otherwise stated.

Commissioned artworks: Please allow approximately 4–10 weeks for your artwork to be created and prepared for dispatch. As each work is individually handmade, this timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on the artwork and production requirements.

Ready-made artworks: Dispatch times are as stated on the individual artwork listing or order confirmation.

Once dispatched, please allow approximately 10–14 days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, customs processing, carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

International orders: VAT, GST, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customers should check their local import requirements before purchasing.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for accepting delivery where a signature is required.

All reasonable care is taken in packaging artworks for transit. If an artwork arrives damaged, please retain the artwork and all original packaging and contact naomikatzart@gmail.com promptly with photographs of the artwork, external packaging and internal packaging so that the damage can be assessed and an insurance claim lodged where applicable.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
